1. Interview & Facility Tour
   We require all new families to schedule an interview and tour of our facility. This allows us to thoughtfully match your pup with compatible friends to ensure positive social interactions. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about our space, daily routines, and care philosophy.

2. Vaccination Requirements
   All pups joining us for daycare or overnight stays must be up to date on the following:

   • Rabies

   • Distemper

   • Bordetella

   • Annual clean fecal test

3. Flea & Tick Prevention
   Pups must be flea-free and on a year-round flea and tick preventative.

Your pup’s health, safety, and happiness are our top priorities. To maintain a clean and healthy environment, all indoor and outdoor play areas are thoroughly sanitized three times daily with top grade pup safe cleaners.
