AKC STAR PUPPY
Level 2 Class

This class centers around -
Socialization: Puppies should be comfortable around people & other dogs.
Training: Basic commands such as sit, stay, and come. In addition to leave it and calming work!
Activity: Puppies should show appropriate energy levels and play behavior.
Responsible Ownership: Owners must demonstrate responsible pet ownership, including proper care and control of their puppy.

This class will continue to build on important foundation skills, while turning up the distraction level a few notches. The class will help prepare owners and dogs on how to successfully navigate any situation, at home and out in public.
Our main focuses will be strengthening listening skills and communication skills, as well as, teaching good manners and expectations in various situations. All while desensitizing them to real world distractions, such as, walkers, runners, bikers, crowds, traffic, dog parks, etc. The first three weeks we will work on strengthening skills such as:
Obedience (sit, down), Impulse (Stay, leave it), On and off leash heel and loose leash, Calm greetings, &Calming skills
*Ultimately this class is tailored to the people taking the class! Our fourth week will be a field trip to see how far we’ve all come!
Level 3 Class

The focus of this class will be on enhancing fundamental obedience skills while seamlessly adapting them to new situations.
Each week, we’ll embark on a new adventure, holding our classes in different locations—turning all four sessions into exciting field trips!
Canine Good Citizen Class

This CGC Class is run by a certified CGC Evaluator, your pup will work on all the requirements to be a Canine Good Citizen! The class is 3 weeks long your pup will be tested on week 3!

E-Collar Training

This is done at 4 different locations teaching the proper ways to use the e-collar. We do recommend using a Dogtra or Educator collar. If you have a different collar you would like to used please just reach out to discuss!
